So the holidays are over and we have ALOT of new toys and clothes for the 2 of you guys and absolutely no room for anything! I bought a dresser at a garage sale last weekend so moved all of Georgie's stuff over to that so that helps alot because trying to squeeze all the clothing for both of you into one small, 4 drawer dresser was not happening! Also I had to go through all the toys and get rid of a trash bag full of stuff and yet the toy box still manages to look like it is throwing up a toy store! While I was cleaning I snapped a few shots of your beautiful and fun imagination Zelie! You sat in your new cradle and rocked, sang to, & yes even tried to nurse your dolls it was super cute! Than you realized I was watching you and tried to make me take care of the doll... no thanks I've got a very life like one who is going to want me in a few minutes!
After a while with the dolls you kept quiet and busy, I assumed watching Veggie Tales, but alas I was wrong... instead you were generously applying Vaseline all over your face!!! Not fun to clean!
Needless to say we had a mid-day wardrobe change! Some days you don't look twice at your little brother, but than there are days where you are just infatuate with him! Today is one of those days... you have been holding him and smooching him and saying your super clear, "Hi...hi.... hhhiiiiii" at him I love it! Makes my heart melt! Man do I love you 2!
I know I will probably say this alot, but I cannot wait till we can move into a house! Have alot more room and be able to have people over (more than 2 at a time that is), but I can't take my sweet little apartment for granted! I love this place and has been so good to us! It has helped us welcome our 2 sweet babes into the world and made a very cozy home for their first years of life and our first years of marriage! You have never given us any major problems little apartment and I thank you for that! If only you were a touch bigger with a few more closets and a yard I would stay your companion forever! Well seeing as how it is January 3rd and I still haven't worked out at all I should go and try and get some exercise in while Z girl is napping! Than back to laundry folding! I love being a mother, but I wish somebody had warned me about how much laundry comes along with each new baby! Yikes! Oh well at least we have clothes right?!?!
